Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the order. The 14-day period expires upon your first request and clear manifestation of wanting to exercise the right.

To proceed with the return, send an email to clara@lacasadelcashmere.com; our customer service will receive the request and will contact you within two working days to send a confirmation email.

Provide the order number, email, items for return, and the reason for the return. Choose between a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Refunds are not possible for products purchased with discounts, pre-orders, or archive sales. You can opt for store credit or an exchange.

After confirming your return request, you'll receive a label for the package. Drop it at a TNT collection point or ship it independently (following our confirmation) to:

Note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The return must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with the original tag, and free from defects or stains.

Once returned items reach our warehouse, the team will conduct quality control. You'll receive a confirmation email with the result. Refunds take up to 14 working days from receipt, and the credit time varies by institution.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.
